Meet Grace Kerby
A parent coach who has walked alongside families through the heartbreak of a loved one’s substance use disorder — and believes, deeply, that you can find solid ground again.
I’ve been where you are. That’s why I’m the right person to help.
Grounded by a 41-year marriage, three children (two sons-in-law), and eight grandchildren, my life’s work has always been rooted in family and community service.
Professionally, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and I am a Certified Mediator. I proudly serve as a Regional Coordinator and volunteer facilitator for Parents of Addicted Loved Ones (PAL), where I have spent years sitting with parents in their hardest moments and helping them find language, boundaries, and hope.
I founded Kerby Konnects to be a beacon of hope — bringing straight talk, communication tools, and boundary education directly to the families who need them most. You do not have to navigate this heavy storm alone. Let’s combine our strength and step back onto solid ground together.
How I walk alongside parents
A private, judgment-free space
The place I wished I’d had during the hardest days — where parents feel seen, understood, and supported. Coaching is always one-on-one, never a group.
Practical tools, not platitudes
Real strategies for communication, boundaries, and self-care that bring peace back into your home — grounded in evidence-based frameworks for families affected by substance use disorder.
Reclaim your own life
You can’t control their choices — but I’ll help you separate your identity from their substance use disorder and begin to breathe again.
Experience you can lean on
