Coaching is private and one-on-one with Grace Kerby — never a group — so it’s built entirely around your teen, your home, and your goals.

How the program works

This is a structured 8-module curriculum, delivered weekly or bi-weekly at a pace that fits your life. Each module includes:

• A core theme to focus on that week.
• Guided coaching questions for honest reflection.
• Practical action steps to practice between sessions.
